Let’s face-it, goals can take longer than we thought … and that is okay too, but there is more than focusing only on a goal, and that is a ‘Life Interests’. A life interest is equally important as a goal. Having interests in life can help trigger new positive behaviours, help guide and align our focus and helps us sustain the momentum in our life. Having an interest can assist us to keeps motivated, grounded, and even support our social skills with confidence and with discussions on our favourite subject. So, what are your interests?
