Your Support team is selected meticulously based on our blueprint of selection criteria’s. We do not employee people to ‘fill vacancies‘; we appoint Support Care Personnel with common interests to you a Support Care Person to support AND care, who is creative, proactive, and encouraging.
At MiChoice we FIRST arrange a ‘meet & greet’ between the participant and the support team where you have the opportunity to interview the support personnel yourself and look for common interests. We do this each time a support care person is introduced to you. This is person-centred.

We liaise transparently with Allied Health Professionals in obtaining and applying best support practices to bring independent living to fruition. We communicate with you and your family ensuring you are well informed of any updates or changes.
